Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

At Terrascape, we carefully create and deliver each terrarium with attention to quality and detail. Since every terrarium is unique and handmade, slight variations in shape, color, and arrangement may occur. We always aim to ensure your order matches the product description and photos as closely as possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been opened, altered, damaged, or repotted will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days, depending on your payment method.
  • If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery. Returns requested within this period will be accepted free of charge.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been delivered, cancellations are no longer possible. Standard return conditions will apply instead.

Exchanges 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging as soon as possible after delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged item.
